- 4 large peppers, cut off stem and take out pulp and seeds; parboil for 10 minutes
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. rice (Minute Rice)
- 1 small onion
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can (1 lb. size) tomatoes
Directions

1Brown hamburger and onions; prepare 1 cup rice. Mix all ingredients together and place inside drained peppers.

2Place in shallow pan and add 1 cup water in bottom of pan.

3Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

4(If you have any filling left over, place in small casserole and bake about 15 minutes.)
