- 2 to 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- dash of pepper
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 lb. deboned chicken
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 apple, sliced lengthwise
- 1 bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cut chicken in small bites; heat in 2 tablespoons oil.

2Saute until cooked.

3Stir constantly, 3 to 5 minutes.

4Remove from pan. Saute bell pepper and apple until tender.

5Add other tablespoon oil, if necessary.

6Add chicken back to apples and pepper. Combine other ingredients and add to the mixture.

7Cook until thickened.
