  • 1 1/2 lb. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • margarine
  • 3/4 c. quick oats
  • 1/2 c. walnuts

Directions

    Place apples in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.

    In bowl mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger.

    With pastry blender cut in margarine until coarse crumbs.

    Stir in quick oats and walnuts. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
