  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed oil
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 Tbs. shoyu, tamari or reduced-sodium soy sauce

Directions

    In medium bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, coriander and pepper.

    Gradually whisk in both oils until well blended and emulsified.

    Whisk in cider and shoyu until well combined.

    Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
