  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. apples, diced
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. black walnuts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together with eggs and salad oil.

    Then add vanilla, apples and nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes in tube cake pan or three 8 inch layer pans.
