  • 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. Hungry Jack pancake mix
  • 1/2 c. shredded apple
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    In medium bowl, combine rolled oats and water; let stand 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, heat skillet or griddle to 375°.

    Grease lightly with cooking spray.

    Add remaining ingredients to rolled oats mix.

    Stir well until all ingredients are moistened (will be thin).
