- 2 cups white rice
- 2 cups apple juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons margarine
Directions

1Wash rice and drain.

2Add apple juice and water in large saucepan.

3Add margarine and dry onion soup mix.

4Bring saucepan to a simmer.

5Add rice. Stir.

6Cover. Turn heat to low. Cook until liquid is absorbed. Cooking time is about 15 to 20 minutes.
