Apple Pecan Cake

   Mixing by hand, combine sugar and eggs.

   Add flour to mixture; add vanilla.

   Mix well.

   Add pecans and apples.

   Batter will be thick.

   Pour into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan.

   Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until top of cake is golden brown.
