  • 1 c. applesauce (no sugar added)
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
  • 8 tsp. diet margarine
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 2 pkg. sugar substitute
  • 1 (10 count) can low-fat biscuits

Directions

    Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray.

    Open dough onto sheet, pressing out to make crust.

    Spread apple mix evenly; roll out like a jelly roll.

    Spread 8 teaspoons diet margarine on top; bake for 5 minutes.
