  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Mazola oil

    Combine Bisquick, sugar and cinnamon.

    Stir in applesauce, milk, egg and oil.

    Beat for 30 seconds.

    Fill 12 greased muffin cups.

    Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Remove from pan after cooling slightly.
