- 1 small box instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 can apricots
Directions

1Mix apricots and juice in blender; mix together other ingredients and add apricots.

2Pour into Bundt pan.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

4While cake is hot, turn pan upside down.

5Melt apricot preserves and drizzle over warm cake.
