- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/3 stick margarine
- 1 can apricot nectar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 1/2 c. Pet milk
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
- 1 Tbsp. water (mix well with cornstarch)
Directions

1Place margarine, apricot nectar, salt, pepper and thyme into frypan.

2Let this come to a boil and add chicken strips.

3Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.

4Turn several times.

5Put lid on frypan.
