Apricot Chicken

  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/3 stick margarine
  • 1 can apricot nectar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 chicken breasts, cut in strips
  • 1/2 c. Pet milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
  • 1 Tbsp. water (mix well with cornstarch)

Directions

    Place margarine, apricot nectar, salt, pepper and thyme into frypan.

    Let this come to a boil and add chicken strips.

    Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.

    Turn several times.

    Put lid on frypan.
