Apricot Nectar Rum Cake

- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. apricot nectar
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 10 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. rum
Directions

1Mix eggs, oil and apricot nectar.

2Add cake mix.

3Beat for 5 minutes at medium speed.

4Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until done.

6In a small pan, melt margarine, sugar and rum.

7As soon as cake is done, remove from oven and pour rum mixture over cake.

8Allow to cool one hour before removing from pan.

9Serves 16.
