- 1 envelope pie crust dough
- 1 piece unsalted butter
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 20 grams bread crumbs
- 20 grams brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions

1Cut dough into triangles

2Melt butter and brush it on the triangles

3Put 2 pinches of bread crumbs on each triangle

4Put a tablespoon of jam at the center of each triangle

5Put a small pinch of ground cinnamon on apricot jam

6Close triangles bringing the three sides of the dough together and being sure there you leave no space between them

7Brush every pastry with beated egg and sprinkle some brown sugar upon them

8Bake at 200C for 30 minutes
