  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
  • 1 3/4 c. dried apricots, chopped
  • Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. whipping cream (1 pt.) or you may use Cool Whip
  • sugar to taste

Directions

    Bake and cool pie shell.

    Place apricots in small saucepan and cover with Grand Marnier.

    Place pan over medium heat, boil, cover, turn off heat and leave pan on burner.
