  • 6 oz. apricot Jell-O (can use peach)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (7 1/2 or 8 oz.) jar strained apricot baby food
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. water

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in blender.

    Bring to a boil; set to cool.

    When mixture is starting to set, add 2 packages beaten Dream Whip.

    Fold into Jell-O.

    Mold.
