- 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Stuff pork loin with your favorite dressing.

2Roast, uncovered, in a 325° oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

3Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.

4Spoon sauce over roast to glaze the last 1/2 hour.

5Pass remaining sauce when serving.
