- 1 family size apricot jello
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 small cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. small marshmallows
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. instant whip
- 1/2 c. pineapple
- 2 diced bananas
Directions

1Pour 2 cups hot water over jello.

2When dissolved, put in 1 1/2 cups cold water.

3Refrigerate and start to congeal.

4Mix flour, sugar and egg.

5Add pineapple juice and butter.

6Cook over low heat until thickens.

7While still warm, add cream cheese. Whip instant whip and fold into custard after it has cooled. Set aside. Add nuts, pineapple, marshmallows and diced bananas to the jello mixture.

8Put in flat dish and spread custard over; put in refrigerator.
