- 1 medium head lettuce
- 1 can marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 c. pitted green olives
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Italian olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 chives, chopped
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Tear lettuce into small pieces.

2Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.

3Combine lettuce, artichokes and olives in large bowl.

4Combine reserved liquid, vinegar, olive oil, salt, paprika, mayo, chives and Parmesan cheese.

5Pour over lettuce mixture.

6Toss until well mixed.
