  • 24 fresh jalapeno peppers
  • 24 small pieces Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 Tbsp. red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Lightly grease a baking sheet.

    Combine Bisquick, Cheddar cheese, sausage and spices.

    Knead in bowl to form a stiff dough.

    Keeping peppers whole, stuff Monterey cheese into peppers. Take a small handful of dough and shape around each pepper to completely seal it inside.
