- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Lightly grease a baking sheet.

3Combine Bisquick, Cheddar cheese, sausage and spices.

4Knead in bowl to form a stiff dough.

5Keeping peppers whole, stuff Monterey cheese into peppers. Take a small handful of dough and shape around each pepper to completely seal it inside.
