  • 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • paprika

Directions

    Cut artichoke hearts into quarters.

    Add cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake 5 to 10 minutes in microwave oven on High or 20 minutes at 325°

    in standard oven. Serve hot with crackers.
