- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- juice of 1 lemon
- paprika
Directions

1Cut artichoke hearts into quarters.

2Add cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.

3Sprinkle with paprika.

4Bake 5 to 10 minutes in microwave oven on High or 20 minutes at 325°
