- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichokes
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Drain artichokes and chop.

3Combine with cheese, mayonnaise and garlic.

4Place in 1/2-quart ovenproof baking dish and bake 30 minutes until golden brown.

5Mixture may be prepared the night before and refrigerated until ready for baking.

6Serve hot with crackers.
