  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichokes
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Drain artichokes and chop.

    Combine with cheese, mayonnaise and garlic.

    Place in 1/2-quart ovenproof baking dish and bake 30 minutes until golden brown.

    Mixture may be prepared the night before and refrigerated until ready for baking.

    Serve hot with crackers.
