- 1 stick margarine
- 2 cans asparagus, drained
- 1 can small English peas, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 slices bread, cut into strips
Directions

1Melt oleo; dip strips of bread in oleo, both sides, and set aside.

2Arrange asparagus in 8 x 11-inch baking dish.

3Mix peas, soup and cheese and pour over asparagus.

4Arrange the bread strips on top.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
