- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- white sauce or mushroom soup
Directions

1Cut asparagus spears into small pieces.

2Place layer of asparagus in bottom of Pyrex dish.

3Sprinkle with cheese.

4Place layer of hard-boiled eggs and cover with sauce or soup.

5Repeat, making 2 or 3 layers.

6Top with buttered bread crumbs.

7Bake at 325° or 350° for 30 minutes or until brown and crisp.
