- 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm white bread (very thin-sliced loaf)
- 1 (15 oz.) can Del Monte asparagus spears
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 oz. Bleu cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 sticks butter, melted
Directions

1Trim off crusts from bread.

2Flatten bread with rolling pin, so each slice is really thin.

3Beat together 2 cheeses (which have been softened) and egg.

4Mix well with rotary beater until smooth. (Leave some lumps of Bleu cheese.)
