- 16 medium hard-boiled eggs
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. pureed onion
- dash of Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 oz. capers
- 1 oz. bacon bits
- 1 oz. Blue cheese
- 6 anchovy fillets
Directions

1Peel and halve eggs lengthwise.

2Remove yolk and mash thoroughly.

3Blend with mayonnaise, butter, Dijon, onion, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.

4Divide yolk mixture into four portions and blend one with capers, one with bacon, one with anchovies and one with Blue cheese.

5Refill egg halves with fillings.

6Chill before serving.
