- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 6 well beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Cook spinach by directions; drain well and squeeze to remove excess moisture.

2Combine spinach and remaining ingredients; mix well.

3Shape spinach mixture into 3/4-inch balls and place on lightly greased baking sheet.

4Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 80 balls.
