Awesome Easy Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Water Heated To 105 To 110 Degrees
- 1/2 teaspoons Rapid-rise Yeast
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 3/4 cups Cold Water
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 3 cups High Protein Flour (Such As King Arthur's Sir Lancelot Flour)
Directions

1Heat water in the microwave to between 105 and 110 degrees F. Add yeast to the water and stir.

2Add sugar, sea salt, cold water and olive oil.

3I also add any spices I desire to give flavor to the dough, but this is completely optional (red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, etc...)

4Pour the yeast mixture into the mixer and start the mixer with a stirring attachment.

5Start adding flour little by little (I use a big spoon).

6Add flour until the dough starts to stick to the beater.

7Once it forms one sticky lump, remove the beater and switch to a dough hook.

8Keep adding flour until the dough comes together and the dough ball cleans the bowl.

9(Periodically stop and take the dough off the hook to check it.)

10Once the ball cleans the bowl, remove the dough ball and set it on the counter.

11If it doesnt spread out and is somewhat firm/spongy, it is done.

12Coat a Ziploc bag with olive oil, put the dough in the bag and refrigerate.

13For best results, refrigerate for 1-2 days.

14Pull the dough out of the refrigerator 2 hours prior to making pizza.

15When ready, press the dough down and stretch it to the desired size.

16Put it on a pizza screen, stone or pan.

17Add toppings and cook at 500 degrees F for approximately 18 minutes.
