  • 1/4 lb bacon
  • 1 salt
  • 1 ground black pepper, fresh

    Put the bacon in a nonstick pan, then heat the pan this will give you flatter bacon.

    When the bacon is crisp move to paper towels to absorb excessive oils

    Crack eggs with yoke unbroken put into hot bacon drippings.

    Splash the top gently with hot bacon drippings to cook the top of egg whites.

    When whites are done remove from pan keeping yokes runny.

    Add salt and pepper to eggs add bacon serve hope you enjoy!
