- 1 pkg. ( 8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 Tbsp. green onion slices
- RITZ Crackers
Directions

1Place cheese, mustard, margarine and pepper in food processor or blender container; cover.

2Process until well blended.

3Bring wine just to boil.

4With food processor running, gradually add wine to cheese mixture, processing until well blended.

5Place in medium bowl; stir in bacon and onion.

6Transfer to serving bowl, if desired; cover.

7Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.

8Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving.

9Serve with crackers.
