- 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. shredded green onion
- 2 dashes red pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. MSG
- 2 to 3 tsp. horseradish
- 1/8 tsp. celery (optional)
Directions

1Marinate crabmeat in lemon juice for 30 minutes.

2Mix other ingredients.

3Can melt cream cheese in microwave.

4When mixed, blend gradually into crabmeat.

5Do not shred crabmeat, keep lumpy. Use crackers and veggies for dip.
