  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. crumbled, crisp, fried bacon
  • 1 pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs with milk, mayonnaise and flour in a medium bowl. Stir in cheese and bacon.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
