Bacon Quiche Tart

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons bacon bits
  • 5 ounces swiss cheese
  • 10 ounces biscuits

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Spray muffin cups with Pam.

    Place cream cheese milk and eggs in medium bowl and mix with mixer until smooth.

    Place one biscuit in each prepared muffin tn and press down form a small rim.

    Sprinkle 1-1/2 tsp of bacon bits on top.

    Sprinkle 1/2 oz of swiss cheese on top of bacon bits.

    Spoon about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over top.

    Bake 20-25 minutes, until filling is set and rims of tarts are golden rbown.

    Remove from pan and serve warm.
