- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1/4 lb. sausage
- 1 lb. bacon, cut in thirds
Directions

1Melt butter in water.

2Remove from heat and stir in stuffing mix.

3Add egg; mix in raw sausage.

4Chill. Shape into oblong balls, about the size of a walnut.

5Wrap with bacon strips.

6Cook on rack in 400° oven until bacon is done, turning once.
