  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1/4 lb. sausage
  • 1 lb. bacon, cut in thirds

Directions

    Melt butter in water.

    Remove from heat and stir in stuffing mix.

    Add egg; mix in raw sausage.

    Chill. Shape into oblong balls, about the size of a walnut.

    Wrap with bacon strips.

    Cook on rack in 400° oven until bacon is done, turning once.
