  • 2 whole Apples
  • 4 Tablespoons Gluten Free Oats (Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 Tablespoon Gluten Free Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Gluten Free Chocolate Caramel Topping Or Nutella
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Vanilla Frozen Yogurt Or Ice Cream, To Serve

    Preheat oven at 350°F. Core apples, leaving bottoms intact. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Once mixed, divide mixture and spoon into each apple until filled. Bake for about thirty minutes until the mixture is browned and the apples are warm, but still crisp. You might want to keep them in longer if you prefer your apples to be a little more tender. Serve with vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream.
