- 2 lb. bass fillets
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated cheese
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut fillets into 6 servings.

2Rub baking dish with shortening. Put fish in baking dish.

3Mix onion, soup, salt and pepper; spread over fish.

4Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
