  • 2 cans pork and beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 strips bacon, fried crisp
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • salt, pepper and dash of chili powder

Directions

    Mix beef, onion and crushed bacon in small amount of shortening in skillet.

    Stir until lightly browned.

    Add other ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Pour into casserole and bake at 325° until bubbly hot.
