  • 2 c. canned or frozen corn
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Thaw frozen corn; drain canned corn.

    Mix with mixer, flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk and butter.

    Add corn and baking powder. Pour into a buttered baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until light brown and set. Serve hot.
