- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper (dash)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine ingredients in medium bowl.

2Pour into 2-quart baking dish.

3Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

4To test for doneness, insert knife in center; if it comes out clean, it is finished.

5Set dish in pan of water to bake.
