  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 can asparagus
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 to 2 egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. salad oil

Directions

    Brush with salad oil; sprinkle lightly with the salt, then arrange in a buttered shallow baking pan.
