- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated onion
Directions

1If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 or 6 serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.

2Mix butter, lemon juice and onion. Dip fish into butter mixture. Arrange in ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch.

3Pour remaining butter mixture over fish.

4Cook, uncovered, in a 350° oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 25 to 30 minutes.

5Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

6Makes 5 to 6 servings.
