- 2 to 3 lb. fresh flounder
- 1 c. fine, unseasoned bread crumbs
- lemon juice
- margarine
Directions

1Make sure flounder is fresh and clean.

2Wet flounder with water and lightly roll in bread crumbs.

3Place each piece of flounder on foil-covered cookie sheet.

4Place a small pat of margarine in center of each piece of flounder.

5Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice.

6Bake in a 350° oven until flaky.

7Do not overcook or edges will be hard.
