Ingredients
- 1 medium can apricot halves
- 1 medium can sliced pineapple
- 1 medium can peach halves
- 1 medium can pear halves
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sherry extract
- 6 to 8 red maraschino cherry halves
- 6 to 8 green maraschino cherry halves
Directions

1Drain fruit; save juice.

2Arrange fruit in a large casserole dish.

3(Alternate fruit to produce color effect.)

4Set aside. Melt margarine in pan.

5Blend in flour, fruit juice and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

6Remove from heat. Add sherry.

7Pour over fruit. Garnish with cherry halves.

8Refrigerate overnight.

9Bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.

10Serve hot to accompany main dish.
