- 16 raw jumbo shrimp in shells
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 c. dry wine
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Peel shrimp.

3Make a shallow cut lengthwise down back of each shrimp; wash out vein.

4Pour oil into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

5Place shrimp in oil.

6Sprinkle with parsley, onions and garlic.

7Drizzle with wine and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

8Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
