- 1 can English peas
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- corn flakes
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Mix vinegar, horseradish, catsup, salt and Tabasco sauce together.

2Pour over peas.

3Add chopped eggs and dots of butter. Stir and place in greased baking dish.

4Sprinkle cornflakes over top.

5Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
