  • 1 can English peas
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Mix vinegar, horseradish, catsup, salt and Tabasco sauce together.

    Pour over peas.

    Add chopped eggs and dots of butter. Stir and place in greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle cornflakes over top.

    Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
