  • 8 potatoes, boiled, skinned and diced
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, half cooked
  • lightly salt and pepper potatoes

Directions

    Mix ingredients in bowl and pour into baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.

    Top with sliced olives and bacon.
