  • 4 c. milk
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Stir in milk, cooked rice and raisins.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Let this set for 5 minutes before baking at 325° until set, 1 hour and 15 minutes.
