- 4 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten lightly
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon dried chili flakes
Directions

1Combine ricotta with eggs in medium bowl.

2Pour into a greased 10 inch springform pan.

3Drizzle with oil and sprinkle chili flakes over the top.

4Cover lightly with foil.

5Cook in covered barbecue, using indrect heat for 15 minutes.

6Remove foil and cook 10 minutes longer until browned.

7Drain excess liquid from pan.

8Cut into wedges and serve with grilled vegetables.
