Baked Sago Pudding

- 1 cup Sago
- 2 cup Water
- 1 liter Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 5 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Essence
Directions

1Preheat oven to 160C

2Soak Sago in Water for 30 minutes

3Boil milk & stick cinnamon on high heat until boiling , reduce heat & remove stick cinnamon & add sago & pinch of salt

4Stiring continously so that sago doesn't stick or burn , cook for 15 minutes

5Remove from heat , add sugar and vanilla essence

6Add butter and eggs and mix throughly

7Pour into greased baking dish & sift cinnamon on top

8Bake for 30-35 minutes
