- 4 (3 oz.) salmon steaks
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels.

2Place steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with vegetable cooking spray (Pam).

3Brush with lemon juice.

4Sprinkle evenly with dill weed, parsley and pepper.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
