  • 4 (3 oz.) salmon steaks
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels.

    Place steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with vegetable cooking spray (Pam).

    Brush with lemon juice.

    Sprinkle evenly with dill weed, parsley and pepper.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
